4 Fitness Mistakes Stopping you from Achieving Your Goals

In this post, I am going to show you the exact mistake you are making which is stopping you from achieving your fitness goals and what you can do to avoid these mistakes and start making progress right away.

Now I know you are exercising without fail every day, putting all efforts in preparing healthy food, spending enough money in the best available supplements every month but not seeing the results you want.

Now I would like to ask you that wouldn’t you want your physique to look drastically amazing after doing all of it?

If I were you, I would definitely want magnificent results.

People are dedicating enough time to reach their goals, searching for everything where ever possible, but hardly achieve the body they desire.

Now, I want you to take a step back and very honestly question yourself what is it that I am doing wrong? If you are not able to answer this… hire a skilled professional and let them help you.

This is the best way by which one finds the mistakes to avoid.

No doubt you will have to spend some, but don’t forget… it could also save you from spending a lot of money and achieving zero results.

Also, we have different goals and we all measure success by different parameters, then there are some common reasons why people stuck, or they don’t achieve the results which they should have by now.

Let me help you find some of the common mistakes that I personally have seen people making.

  1. Is your goal measurable

I have heard people generally saying that “I want to get lean” but one must mention a timeline for them to measure and amount of weight or body fat percentage one has in mind to lose. This is going to benefit you because now you have some quantities to measure, which is in X time let’s say 3-6 months and X amount of weight.

  1. Is your goal realistic

I hope you have already understood that I am talking about what is extreme and what is achievable. Setting up a bar too high will result in massive disappointment causing failure. So, before you set your goal, be aware of what is attainable keeping in mind your current fitness level and time given. It’s always better to achieve big and expect less than expect big and achieve less.

  1. Are you monitoring your progress?

One always stays excited about working out and it is all the way more exciting. When you are able to hit goals, but by doing more or less the same thing, again and again, will not help you after a certain time, as that is now ‘known’ to your body, and now you’ll be putting a lot of effort but it will not lead you anywhere. Here you’ll now need to structure your wheel of workout pattern differently. If you lack consistency it won’t lead you anywhere and if you lack in intensity it will halt your progress. Thus, make sure you structure things properly to hit a full range of motion to increase fitness overall.

  1. Is your diet on track

With such conflicting diet guru’s advice out there, it is very easy to get confused about what to include and what not to. Guru’s on the name of ‘unique content’ are publishing everything and anything to increase the view counts.

I would want to request you to be a good observer and know what works for you and what does not. Because everybody is unique and it is challenging for professionals like us to surface out generic nutritional plan or advice which everyone can apply and benefit from.
