How to Bulk Up for Skinny Guys 4 Kgs in 25 days transformation

I am so excited to share one of my friend and follower’s story from India where he has gained 4 kgs of weight being a beginner in a matter of 25 days!

Yes, you heard it right…

Now this guy has recently shared his transformation story on my Instagram profile saying “Payas bhaiya all credits goes to you and your Instagram page instagram.com/gympanzie_ have inspired me”

Now I thought this story is worth telling to every skinny guy who is trying to bulk up and end up saying “whatever I do I don’t gain weight”

And search for some magical diet or supplement all over the internet!

Here I will show all my conversation with Shubham and what he did in order to bulk up!

Shubham: Your channel is dam good

Gympanzie: Thank you so much Shubham.

Shubham: Thank you payas bhaiya.

Shubham: But I am amazed by the transformation, I mean how did I do it in just 25 days!

Gympanzie: What changes did you see?

Shubham: Chest, Shoulders and Arms size have increased, especially chest.

Gympanzie: Did you take any measurements?

Shubham: No bhaiya I didn’t

Gympanzie: Did you train with weights or just with bodyweight?

Shubham: Yes, bhaiya gym

Gympanzie: How did people around you react?

Shubham: Yes, I did not tell anyone in the office for 2 weeks and later on everyone started noticing…

Gympanzie: How do you feel now?

Shubham: I feel great! I have never thought this would happen!

Gympanzie: What was your weight when you’ve started and what’s your current weight?

Shubham: I was 57 kgs and now I am 61 kgs

Gympanzie: And what did you eat on a daily basis?

Shubham: I take 1 gram of protein per kg of body weight as of now I can manage only this much***. I have learned this from your video!

Gympanzie: Hmmm, later on, try to take at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.

Shubham: for protein, I take egg whites and few egg yolks, whey protein post workout, and rajma (red kidney beans).

Gympanzie: Great!

Shubham: I took more of complex carbohydrates. I don’t eat rice that much but I ate whole wheat chapati, brown bread, and oats with milk.

Gympanzie: And what sources you have included for fats?

Shubham: Yolks, I used oils in vegetables, peanut butter.

Gympanzie: What was your workout routine?

Shubham: Every evening after my office I headed to the gym

  • Monday, I trained chest
  • Tuesday – Lats
  • Wednesday – Shoulders
  • Thursday – Biceps
  • Friday – Triceps
  • Saturday – Legs
  • Sunday – Rest

Gympanzie: How long did you train in the gym?

Shubham: 40 minutes of intense training. I made sure to warm up before and after the workout.

Gympanzie: What all supplements did you use?

Shubham: I used Asitis raw whey protein

So, you see it is possible to gain weight including muscle if you take care of your diet and ready to put in some time to work hard in the gym.

Now during this transformation, he did gain some fat but as you can clearly see that he gained a good amount of muscle mass.
